Community Access to Education (CAtE) seeks to provide essential life skills to poor, marginalised, and socially isolated / excluded people, to enable them to become economically active and to have a better quality of life. CAtE employs RISE methods to facilitate community-led projects, providing a supporting business infrastructure as well as connections to other support organisations and resources. CAtE integrates communities, especially those who are “hard to reach” and increases motivation, confidence, participation, reciprocity and ownership. It aims to deliver a sustainable business plan for the projects and infrastructure going forward. Current Projects: IELTS Made Easy
